We believe every piece in your space should tell a story — of hands that shaped it, traditions that inspired it, and the thoughtful choices behind it. Because many of our items are handcrafted in small batches using natural materials and traditional techniques, slight variations are part of their charm, not flaws.
That said, we want you to feel good about what you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within reason and with respect to the time and care that goes into each item.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, and only in the following cases:
- Your item arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- There is a genuine quality issue that affects the use or integrity of the piece.
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at refunds@kohomba.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once approved, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and safely packed.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, minor irregularities, or natural variations — as these are inherent to the handmade process and part of what makes each item unique.
Refunds
We are a small, independent brand committed to ethical production and fair trade. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, except in rare cases where:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- A return is approved due to damage, and no suitable replacement is available.

Every item you see in our collection carries the touch of human hands — not machines. Variations in weave, print, texture, or finish are not imperfections, but reflections of craft, time, and the maker's touch.
